Daily Activities:
- Receiving Inventory Orders / Parts to computer system
- Enter Bills
- Receive / Enter Invoice Payments
- Complete & Record Credit Card / Debit Card Transactions
- Make Bank Deposits
- Answering phone and taking messages
- Assist Sales with emailing Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
- Freight Quotes, both Domestic and International - From getting quotes to preparing paperwork for shipments across North America.
- Enter Production Data – keep production board and schedule updated.
This list has the ability to expand as a person grows into the role.
Requirements:
- Computer Experience: Must be familiar with email, Excel and Word – Knowledge of an inventory program is beneficial
- Good Communication Skills
- Take Direction and Ability to work Independently
- Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time / Hourly – hours of operation Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm
