Farm King products are manufactured in Morden, Manitoba, Canada. Farm King has numerous warehouses across the United States and Canada for product setup and parts distribution. The dealer network of over 1,200 North American locations provides first class service and professional expertise to farmers and customers.

The role of VP is to oversee the coordination, functional management and leadership of all Farm King Service Parts, Sales, Service/Warranty and Farm King Warehouses within North America; Drive new business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop strategic plans to meet Farm King’s production, sales budget and P&L
• Implementation and development of production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales and service
• Develop, execute and evaluate annual targets to meet sales targets
• Planning and development of sales, service and inventory
• Analysis of the current dealer network; development of action plans to expand potential business opportunities in the marketplace
• Implement development programs as they relate to production
• Manage all production development and sales processes
• Control and manage promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users
• Direct and control team management for both, operations and sales, for the Farm King divisions located in Canada and USA
• Develop, nurture and reinforce a culture of teamwork within Farm King at all locations
• Manage, develop and control cross functional team managers
Qualifications:
• University degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Five (5) to 10 years of experience in agriculture in an operations and a sales capacity is a key requirement
• Minimum five (5) years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of building and leading high performance teams
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision making skills and excellent judgment
• Ability to target, plan and execute initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Computer efficiency in MS Office
• Highly effective facilitation, presentation and other communication skills
• Solid business acumen, senior management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
