Office Manager & Financial Controller

AgriLink Equipment is expanding and has an opening for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Financial Controller in our Moose Jaw location.

AgriLink Equipment is an agriculture equipment dealer servicing Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Morris, and MacDon product lines. As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations. A solid understanding of accounting principles and highly attentive to details is essential. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, customer friendly, and be a strong leader.

Responsibilities
• Prepares monthly financial statements and management reports according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and time frame
• Prepares account reconciliations quarterly and for year-end audits
• Prepares daily bank deposit and cash report
• Reconciles select accounts monthly
• Assists in completion of annual review/audit
• Ensures compliance with all government regulations
• Prepares tax reports, tax deposits and tax returns in a timely, accurate manner
• Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate
• Oversees all aspects of payroll program to ensure accurate and timely transmissions of bi-weekly payroll
• Prepares employee health/life benefit payments
• Processes paperwork for new employees and terminations
• Other tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and payroll
• Must currently reside in Canada and legally able to work in Canada
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for other software programs
• Strong work dedication and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Multitasker with strong time management, file management and organizational skills.
