We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team at Blue Water Wash in Blumenort, Manitoba in the role of Evening Shift Supervisor.
Hours of Work
- Monday-Friday 2:00PM until 10:00PM
Responsibilities include
Leadership of the team
Building a positive team environment
Ensuring trailer washes meet specifications
Providing excellent customer service
Operating a yard truck
General maintenance
Washing equipment as required
Ensuring SOP’s are followed
Accurate completion of paperwork
Movement of Livestock Trailers with Yard Truck or Customer Semi’s
Maximize efficiencies on the shift
Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience supervising a team of 5+ individuals
Experience operating a forklift and/or skid steer
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve results with a team
Customer service experience
Proficient Oral & Written Communication
