Air Trail Data Entry - Seasonal (Possible Extension)

Wings Over Kississing is a growing aircraft charter company that operates in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Canada. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving and multitasking to join the energetic team in the Flight Booking Centre!

Term: Immediately – Mid-October (season end)

Full time (40hours/week) position in Steinbach, MB
Regular schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, off weekends

In Summer months: schedule varies, working 2-3 weekends/month with weekdays off.

Responsibilities include:
- Enter pilots planned duty in Air Trail Program
- Go through scheduled flights and assign pilots to each flight according to duty time room
- If scheduling conflicts arise, work with Flight Booking Agents to come to possible solutions
- Manage Microsoft Outlook inbox, email customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Communicating with pilots, maintenance, and other staff to ensure smooth flight planning
- Liaising with bases in Flin Flon, Thompson, Lynn Lake, Stony Rapids and Points North
- Ability to work within a team atmosphere. At no point would you be a lone ranger!
