We are currently looking for an energetic, hard-working and motivated individual to join our floor team! We are currently hiring a full-time floor staff position.
A little about us...
Good n Natural is based in Steinbach, Manitoba and was founded in 1996. We started in a small 1,000 square foot store that offered basic services and a basic line of supplements. In 2000, Dennis took over operations with his daughter Leane and together we worked towards transforming GNN into what it is today.
We invest in staff training, have a 5,000 square foot location (plus warehouse), developed a comprehensive online store and have a refill station and intentional living market. Many of the products in our market are hand-crafted in-house with quality and sustainability in mind.
Good N Natural's mission is to prioritize integrity, model kindness and focus on building a healthy and sustainable community. When a client walks through our doors or enters our online store, the GNN team wants them to feel valued, respected and special. We recognize that each customer has their own unique health journey and it's our mission to meet them where they are and help them reach their goals.

We are looking to add a Front-End Associate to our team.

The qualifications we are looking for are:

As a Front-End Associate, you'll play a key role in our store and building our overall corporate culture. As someone who will work directly with our customers, we are seeking an individual who understands the importance of customer service excellence, who enjoys being a part of a team and who is a motivated self-starter. We need someone who enjoys a dynamic workplace and who is able to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Running transactions through our Point of Sale
• Greeting Customers
• Opening/Closing Duties
• Customer Returns
• Fulfilling Orders
• Customer Service
• Helping Customers find product
• Answering Phones
• Stocking Shelves

5 days a week, every other Saturday.
