What you’ll do:

You will provide our members and customers with a welcoming and friendly experience while assisting them with the products and services they need. Some of the main duties will include:

• Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
• Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
• Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-merchandised cake display with all types of bakery and cake products according to standards.
• Prepare cakes for customer orders.
• Provide proper maintenance of equipment and monitor case temperatures.
• May provide operational oversight in absence of the Bakery Manager.
• Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, food safety and food handling standards, inventory control, rotation, ordering and commitment buys, and the delivery of world-class customer service.
• Perform other Bakery duties as assigned.
