Sanitation Technician

We are excited to be adding members to our SANITATION team. Our Sanitation team works Monday to Friday 3:00pm and 11:30pm with a starting wage of $18.00/ hour plus a $1/hour shift premium.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform the regular scheduled facility sanitation tasks according to SOPs
• Clean, sharpen & store production knives in preparation for following day
• Document and report all non-compliance issues daily.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous knowledge with a food safety system, including; SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and/or BRC considered an asset.
• Must be able to use chemicals and cleaning equipment (pressure washer, etc.)

Working Environment:
• Tasks may involve standing, lifting, crouching etc. for extended periods of time
• Work in a cool, wet and/or hot environment
• Repetitive tasks
