Farm Hand

Grand West Farms, located 1.5 miles north of Altona, is a farming operation committed to producing high-quality products. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand.

What you will do:
• Assist in the daily operations of the farm, including groundwork, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance on equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively to meet goals.

You are:
• Experienced in farming.
• Knowledgeable with precision agriculture technology.
• Mechanically inclined and able to operate and maintain farm machinery.
• A Class 1 license holder.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and have a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently, reliable, and committed to farm success.
