Retail Store Supervisor

Riwaaz Inc. located at 55 WATERFORD COMMONS Winnipeg, MB, R2R 2Z9 is looking for a full time Retail store supervisor (NOC 62010) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Wage: $21.00/hour

Job duties
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained.

Education & Experience:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience of 1-2 years is required.
