Job Description:

We are looking to hire a baker starting at 4am. Imagine the possibilities in your day when you are done work by noon everyday! The bakers responsibilities include but are not limited to: baking yeast based doughs, sweet treats, taking inventory of product on hand, creating a bake list based on current orders and inventory on hand, scaling, dispensing and baking all items according to instructions, packaging baked items if needed, taking inventory of supplies, cleaning and maintaining the work space. You should also be able to store all bakery products in accordance with proper product handling procedures to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.

Baker Responsibilities, not limited to:

Baking yeast based doughs and sweet treats and other misc food items
Keeping your workstation clean and organized.
Maintaining inventory of product to be baked based on upcoming orders
Ordering supplies as needed
Dealing with customers to take custom orders and payment on store orders.
Decorating or completing regular bakery items according to bakery standards (icing cookies, etc)
Ensuring that the store front is cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with bakery products.
Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas
Once tasks are completed, assist with other staff’s tasks
