Accounting Administrator

Responsible for the data entry of all accounts payable and accounts receivable entries for CMI Terminal JV and CMI Ag Ltd. The accounting administrator adds value to the team by supporting the CEO, CFO, Controller and all other staff at CMI Terminal Ltd.

Duties: Process & Prepare month end reports, bank deposits for CMI Terminal JV & CMI Ag Ltd., assist in meeting preparations, type and proofread documents and correspondence, design and print annual meeting booklet.
Knowledge: knowledge of computer software including Office 365, Sage 50, Agre, communication skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities, accounting experience.
