Production Manager/Sales Manager

seeking an individual to organize, and oversee roof replacement, repair, warranty and metal departments to include P&L management, measuring performance, hiring, personnel management, scheduling, resolving homeowner issues and launching and monitoring daily departmental activities. Serves as a member of the company leadership team, participates in weekly meetings, provides key performance data, identifies issues and recommends solutions. Salary commensurate with experience; performance bonuses and company truck provided.

Qualifications:
Education: High School / G.E.D; College Degree a plus
10 years residential/commercial construction experience
3 years managerial experience, departmental leadership a plus
Basic mathematical and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM)
Driver’s license and clean driving record

Duties:
Ability to supervise and lead teams to meet quality and production goals
Interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work on a team and take corrective action when necessary
Skilled in identifying problems and developing solutions in order to accomplish work in a timely manner
Highly competent oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively to employees, contractors and customers
Capacity to calculate and control labor projections, material storage, and material needs • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Capable to train and supervise direct employees, crews and subcontractors as needed
Competency to organize, plan, and execute work assignments
Ability to read takeoffs, drawings and other job details
Knowledge of how install roofing and construction materials
General knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the assembly, installation, or repair of roofing structures
