Warranty/Accounting Clerk

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Contract: Permanent
Location: Winkler, MB
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday

We are now accepting applications for a Warranty/Accounting Clerk position and looking for the right individual to join our team.
This position will be based out of our Winkler facility.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the CFO
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Manage warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills
• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping, warranty procedures and processes preferable
• Possess strong organizational and computer skills
• Be detail-oriented, organized and have a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Sensitive to issues of confidentiality
