Inside Sales Support Doors & Service

Fentro Technologies Inc. is looking for an experienced employee for the internal sales team to join our team. We are a leading distributor of European window and door profile systems, hardware and accessories.

This is a full-time position. A benefits package is offered after 3 months of employment. We offer a friendly work atmosphere with competitive wages based on your performance.

You will be responsible for:
• Processing and reviewing requests for quotations
• Comprehensive preparation of quotations for products of the company
• Calculation and preparation of specific offers
• Identification and commercial processing of price information, payment terms, freight bases, warranties, delivery times
• Order entry – confirm stock availability and delivery dates
• Order processing via telephone, e-mail – verify pricing, order details
• Coordination of customer-specific changes
• Comprehensive project documentation by means of offers and order confirmations
• Answer questions about products or warranties
• Support sales in establishing productive, long-term relationships with customers
• Customer support
• Coordination of deliveries
