Customs Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and customs regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements
- Manage import/export documentation and record-keeping
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Perform data entry tasks related to customs documentation
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales management to support import/export activities
- Create accurate border documents in Greeneye for drivers crossing border with loads in a timely manner
-Equipment files-Keep files up to date ensuring valid registration records, safety records and maintenance records are kept
-Enter fuel data on a weekly basis, verifying all entries are accurate
-Complete and submit IFTA and Carbon Tax quarterly
-Entering loads into Axon
Experience:
- Previous experience in customs compliance or related field
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Greeneye
- Experience and knowledge with IFTA reporting
