What you’ll do:
Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Assistant Gas Bar Manager is responsible for the leadership to the Gas Bar Operations within Homestead Co-op. Reporting into the Gas Bar Manager, this position is a member of the Leadership Team, and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Gas Bar Team Members to ensure operational efficiencies and processes are followed to align with the strategy, objectives and vision of the respective department. This role will work with the Gas Bar Manager to determine current and future capabilities required for effective execution of merchandising, image/fixed assets, talent development in addition to driving sales.
