Re-START Coordinator

Re-START is a START Model program, designed to support justice-involved adults in Steinbach and surrounding areas, using a coordinated wrap-around, multi-agency service delivery (community mobilization) model.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with diverse skills to case manage for justice-involved adults within the region to fill the position of Coordinator. This position will be part-time (with opportunity to expand to full-time); renewal is based on funding.

Our ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in Social Sciences, Social Work, or Applied Counselling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with multi-agency initiatives, experience working with justice-involved adults, ability to work with diverse groups, have a collaborative approach and an administrative and fundraising background will be considered assets.

A Criminal Record Check and Child & Adult Abuse Registry Checks will be required. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Law Enforcement security screening; the successful completion of this is necessary for employment.
