Bilingual Customer Service Representative (EN/FR/ES)

We are currently looking for a versatile Bilingual Customer Service Representative that speaks and writes fluently in either English, French or Spanish to join our team. This Role will be responsible for responding to escalated customer and dealer issues, spanning multiple departments in a manner consistent with provincial and federal laws and departmental standards using effective and creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication with dealer staff, internal staff and external vendors.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Supports Customer Service Reps by assisting them in finding solutions to customer and dealer concerns.
  • Activities include training on policies and procedures. Conducting ongoing training sessions; assisting with directly resolving questions or concerns of a dealer or customer; and ensuring communications are current and flow smoothly to the reps.
  • Verifies work completed by reps for detail and accuracy.
  • Handles escalated issues and ongoing customer correspondence prepares and provides written and verbal communication in response to customer and dealer concerns or inquiries.
  • Monitors agents to ensure quality service while coaching and developing agents.
  • Monitors workflow to ensure timely and accurate response to customer correspondence.
  • Monitor all incoming customer mail and emails.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the area of customer service, ideally relating to fiance
  • The candidate must be bilingual, written and spoken, in both English or French.
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, as well as a good comfort level adapting to new computer systems.
  • Must be organized, have good time-management skills and be able to multi-task.
  • Incumbents speak on behalf of the company and on behalf of supervisors when dealing with customer/dealer complaints. As such candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills in either English, French or Spanish.
