About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dynamic team player to join our Team
as an Administrative /Immigration Coordinator. In this position, you will be reporting to the President of WSEDC. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to be involved in exciting initiatives in the Winkler/Stanley region, which include business development and immigration.

This is an 18-month-term part-time position that works 20 hours per week and has the potential to grow.


Corporate Records; Bylaws, Policy, Shareholder files
Corporate Communication (Internal & External)
Coordinating the Immigration Process
Agenda Planning
Data Collection
Incubator Mall Management
Social and Website updates
Minute-taking at Board Meetings


Highly organized and have keen attention to detail
A team player: When your team is successful, you feel successful.
A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient computer skills
Able to attend meetings outside of regular business hours
Positive and willing to learn
