The Service Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department through the hiring, mentoring and coaching of a high functioning and skilled team of technicians and service support staff that focuses on high customer service and through the creation and monitoring of systems that ensure high daily utilization rates of the technicians and the efficient delivery of equipment service by the technicians.

Minimum 2 years agriculture or related industry experience with proven leadership abilities required. Previous John Deere experience in service is an asset.
