The Killarney location is seeking a candidate for a Reception/ Administrative Assistant on a full time basis.
This position is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service in a professional, friendly, helpful and efficient way, and providing direct administrative support to staff.
Responsibilities include professionalism in phone reception, greeting of customers, relaying of information within the branch, data entry, accepting payments and office administration. In addition, as required, providing support within the branch to all departments and acts as a hub for communication with all staff.
