Shifts: 2 to 3 days per week

Day shift: Monday – Thursday: between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM;
Friday: between the hours of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Evening shift: Monday – Thursday: between the hours of 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

No weekends required!

Starting Wage: $13.00 (10% shift premium for evening shift)

As a member of the Manufacturing Team, General Assembly Team
Members are responsible for:
• Building various components to support the overall production of high quality windows and doors for our customers
• Following detailed instructions to meet quality standards
• Ensuring safety requirements are met at all times
• Working as a team to achieve department and company targets
• Learning various tasks and demonstrating flexibility to support various production lines as required
• Using various equipment such cranes, pneumatic hand tools, and saws
• Working in various areas and departments to support production requirements

Additional Skills & Requirements:
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Related experience in wood working, carpentry, engineering, design/architecture is an asset
• Own transportation is required
