Penner Farm Services and Horizon Livestock & Poultry Supply, the leading providers of livestock equipment, supplies, and services in Western Canada is currently looking for a Customer Sales Representative for its Lacombe, AB location.
- Handling in-person and over the phone enquiries with a high level of customer service and focus to convert enquiries into sales;
- Initiating sales conversations with existing and potential customers; generating and following up on leads via telephone and email;
- Researching and sharing knowledge with customers on new product developments, existing parts and related components;
- Invoicing and preparing products for orders and maintaining a clean and professional store front.
- Demonstrated experience in a previous sales and customer service role and the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers;
- Previous experience & knowledge in agricultural industry & environments;
- Grade 12 education or GED equivalent;
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently;
- Attention to detail, well organized and superior time management skills;
- Strong desire for current customer satisfaction & drive to attract new satisfied customers.
