Farside Electrical Mechanical Ltd. is currently seeking a full time bookkeeper/ office administrator for a maternity leave position in our High River office.
The qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently with little direction and in a team environment. They also must have strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping including- payroll, accounts receivable and payable, GST filing, invoicing, bank reconciliations
- Benefit coordinator
- Safety coordinator
- Permit applications, book inspections, follow up
- Reception duties
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- QuickBooks pro- including payroll
- Microsoft office- outlook/ word and excel
