Customer Experience Specialist

The right candidate will be a team player who can help us meet this goal. The following attributes are a must: above average service skills, highly coachable, forward thinking, be able to work independently under pressure and have good communication, planning and organizational abilities. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for servicing Heritage Insurance clients in person, by phone, by fax and email on a daily basis.
