Specific Skills :
1. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
2. Remove bones from meat.
3. Prepare special orders.
3. Using knives ( variety in size )
4. Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements.
Wage $20.80-$23.05/ Hour
