Executive Assistant

The City of Winkler is seeking a dynamic, positive individual for an Executive Assistant position in the Administration Department.

Reporting to the City Manager, this individual will be responsible for grant research and application and various other administrative duties including document writing and scheduling. Communication and interpersonal relations skills are essential to this position. Proficiency in computer programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel will be a requirement. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in related fields. The City of Winkler offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade XII academic achievement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Three years related experience in grant writing is an asset.
