Bridges Golf Course is looking to hire a qualified Sous Chef for the 2019 golf season. Bridges specializes in weddings, banquets, golf tournaments and also services a full restaurant menu.
The successful candidates will be looking to join a high energy team that excels in a fast paced, service oriented and FUN work environment!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently
* maintain a work safe environment following proper kitchen safety rules and regulations
* practice good hygiene
* proper and respectful use of all kitchen and or golf equipment
* opening and closing duties
* breakfast/line cooking
Qualifications - Prior experience and culinary training will be considered an asset.
Salary - Hourly wage based on experience, plus gratuities. Position is full time from approximately April 15th – October 15th, with part time winter employment available as well.
