Our Regional Stewardship team in Cochrane is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to BVC students, and where applicable, other post-secondary institution students and promote BVC services and programs. This role is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and larger regional team.
Certificate in Office Administration
2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or administrative work
Strong MS Office skills
Clear and current criminal record check
Valid Driver’s license
A combination of experience and education may be considered
Some post-secondary education experience valuable
Ability to provide excellent client service
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Experienced working with databases - inputting and reporting
This is a full-time project position until approximately May 2020.
