Job Title: International Business Development

Job Duties:
• Potential 50%+ International travel time
• Establish new markets on behalf of K-Tec
• Offer technical support to large client base
• Meet with and develop relationships with dealers and end-users to encourage future sales
• Manage International scraper sales accounts within your area of responsibility
• Presentations and training for dealership sales staff and end-users
• Required attendance at relevant trade shows and events in order to gather new leads
• Tracking sales prospects interactions through a customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Effectively and knowledgeably assist with product sales on our ADT line

Job Requirements:
• Extensive experience with International business development within the following countries but not limited to Africa, South America and Central America
• Experience and knowledge with a large client base in Countries as listed above
• Vast knowledge and experience in both civil and mining sectors
• Must have expert knowledge in manufacturing including technical and earthmoving equipment experience
• Previous marketing experience
• Willing to travel Internationally
• Excellent customer service and computer Skills
• Located locally/Willing to relocate

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Wage/Salary: $55,000-65,000/year

Benefits: Eligibility after 3 months of full-time employment-Extended Health (Massage, Physio, Chiropractic etc.) 80%Dental, 80% Prescription Drugs, Vision Benefits. Basic Life Ins, RRSP, Tuition Education Program. Vacation-4% (10 days) as per employment standards.

Location of Work: 164 2nd Ave. Industrial Park, Rosenort, MB. Travel outside Canada to various Countries

Education/Certification Required:

Work Experience: 5+ years experience in Sales and Manufacturing
