Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including file management, client contact, time entry and client billing.

Requirements:

*Prefer a minimum 2 years legal experience but will train the right candidate.
*Ability to work under deadline pressures.
*Flexible to changing priorities and ability to multi-task.
*Fast and accurate data entry and editing skills.
*Close attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Outstanding interpersonal skills.
*Courteous and pleasant telephone manner.
