As the Accounting Administrator, you will provide professional customer service to internal and external customers, this role prepares monthly statements, tracks capital assets, and provides overall support to the accounting department and manager.
• Monday – Friday with flexibility available in hours and schedule
• Prepare GST and PST returns
• Assist budget preparation
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare supporting documentation for month-end
• Respond to inquiries from management and executive
Skills and Experience
• Progressive experience in an accounting role
• Experience preparing year-end files
• Previous experience using Great Plains and VIVID an asset
• Proven, strong knowledge of excel required
