We currently have a position in Data Entry and Reception
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Operations, The Successful Candidate will have:
-Experience with Sage 50 Accounting Software.
-Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Publisher).
-Experience with, or the ability to learn Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable procedures.
-Experience with, or the ability to learn telephone switchboard and transferring incoming calls.
-The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high paced workplace.
-The ability to assist customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
-Experience with or the ability to learn how to order and process office and building supplies.
-Other duties as assigned.
