Resolute Technology Solutions is adding a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Information Technology) to the team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for the Resolute Technology Solutions (RTS) as well as recruitment for clients of RTS. If you have superior skills in management interactions, sourcing strategies, candidate negotiations, recruiting outreach and networking, we are looking forward to meeting you! What you will be responsible for:
Create internal partnerships that yield success and credibility by developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
Confer with management and Human Resource partners to identify company and their clients’ staffing needs. (Both internal and external clients)
Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Ability to understand business strategies and operational goals of organization.
Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practices and recruiting methodologies.
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Proven experience leveraging online recruiting resources to identify, attract and recruit top-tier talent.
Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle - job description, posting the job, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll out and assist with on-boarding, as required.
Complete reference checks and background checks of successful candidates.
Ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy across the lines of service and direction so that recruitment efforts can be tailored to meet the needs of both internal and external clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective talent.
Identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of advanced sourcing techniques on social media.
Partner with the leadership team to develop unique recruitment strategies to fulfill the company growth plan - career fairs, university and college co-op programs.
Develop and manage the “candidate experience” program.
Develop and streamline recruitment processes company-wide.
Create a strong company presence and brand in the community through participation in tech networking events and other professional communities.
Assist in employee retention and development.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Communicate regularly with all leadership, providing information not only on the progress of searches but including valuable market insight.
What you bring to the table:
A Bachelor’s Degree or 4-6 years of experience with a focus on professional level, Information Technology Recruitment placements.
General knowledge of industry practices, standards and concepts within field of work. Applies them to perform work requiring analytical business skills.
Makes decisions related to a wide variety of situations within management limits. Interprets guidelines and procedures, applying judgment and discretion. Decisions influence portions of a project, client relationships and/or expenditures.
Works independently under general supervision. Work is reviewed for overall adequacy in performing tasks.
May provide recruitment (leadership) training and guidance to less experienced staff.
Applies knowledge to determine solutions for complex problems with minimal direction.
Uses research and analysis to develop innovative and practical solutions which are consistent with organizational objectives.
Manages internal and external relationships.
Represents organization as prime contact for projects and other necessary communications. Interaction may include senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring complex coordination between organizations. Communication involves persuasion and negotiation, as applicable.
Actively seeking ways to improve client service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to function and recruit on a national, multi-location level.
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities and skills.
Technically savvy - the ability to understand software, hardware, and networks, etc.
